The Zamfara State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has announced the death of Hon. Hamisu Muhammed, popularly known as Mami, who served as the Deputy Secretary of the party in Shinkafi Local Government Area.
The announcement was made in a statement released by the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Kabirudeen Mohammed. In the statement, the party expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the late party official, describing it as a painful loss to the PDP family in the state.
On behalf of the entire PDP in Zamfara State, the State Chairman, Hon. Zilfikar Auwal Tambaya (Maina Tsafe), and the party’s governorship candidate and leader, His Excellency Ibrahim Shehu Bakauye, extended heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased. The condolence message also covered all members of the PDP in Zamfara State and the people of Shinkafi Local Government Area, where Hon. Hamisu Muhammed served and was well known.
The party prayed for Allah’s mercy upon the departed soul and asked that Allah bless all that he has left behind. The PDP further prayed that Allah grants him Aljannah Firdaus as his final abode.
Hon. Hamisu Muhammed was regarded as a committed member of the PDP in Shinkafi Local Government Area, where he played his role as Deputy Secretary with dedication. His death has been received with shock by party members and associates across the state, who have continued to pay tribute to his service and loyalty to the party.
The PDP in Zamfara State called on members to remember the family of the deceased in their prayers during this period of grief, while reaffirming its solidarity with the people of Shinkafi Local Government Area over the loss.
